DazzleLicious, LLC provides service to you with the following conditions. When you browse our site and make a purchase for rhinestone apparel and other merchandise, you accept these conditions of use:
SHIPPING
♥ DazzleLicious ships all orders via United Parcel ServiceŽ.
♥ All items ship UPS Ground which usually ships in 3-5 business days after the order is received. You can expect to receive your items about 5 to 8 business days after placing your order.
♥ You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships.
♥ Rush orders and expedited orders are available. Please call 352-613-7040 or email christie@dazzlelicious.com. Extra charges may apply.
♥ Wholesale customers: please contact us for shipping and delivery information.
Rates
♥ Our shipping charge will be automatically added to your order total, based on a flat rate.
♥ If you are shipping to the state of Florida, 6% sales tax will also be added to your total.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DazzleLicious, LLC is an embellisher of branded t-shirts (the Product). To the extent permissible by applicable law, DazzleLicious, LLC assumes no liability for any claims against the Product, especially where the Product is used in a manner that is not the intended use. DazzleLicious, LLC does not manufacture its own apparel. DazzleLicious, LLC disclaims any warranties as to the Product, express or implied, such as but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. You as the purchaser, agree that the total liability of DazzleLicious, LLC for mistake, negligence, errors or omissions with respect to the Product is limited to the price paid for the Product.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Visiting DazzleLicious.com or sending e-mails to us is an electronic communication. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and further agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and any other communications that we send you electronically satisfy legal requirements that such communications must be in writing.

In particular, the hand-setting of crystal rhinestone shirts will result in substantial variations and are considered to be part of the product offering.
RISK OF LOSS
Purchases made on DazzleLicious.com or through email are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
RETURNS POLICY
Custom orders are not returnable, nor refundable.
